Yes, all of our ceramic plates, bowls, and mugs are designed for modern living and are safe for use in both the dishwasher and the microwave.

How long does shipping typically take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your items arrive broken, please email our support team with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
